Out of respect for our team and other clients, a minimum of two hours’ notice is needed to cancel or change an appointment. Please call the shop on (09) 3793060.
If you miss your appointment without notifying us, you will incur a fee of 50% of the missed service. This will be payable on your next visit.
If you arrive more than 10 minutes late for your appointment we may not be able to provide the service you booked for.
